Thank you for using Pivot App (“we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using Pivot App, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy as well as our Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of This Policy
Pivot App is primarily intended for users in the United States but is accessible globally. Regardless of your location, your use of our services is governed by U.S. law.

We collect information in two ways:

Once data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted unless you have requested its removal earlier.

Delete Your Data
You can delete your data at any time by navigating to:
Settings → Edit Profile → Delete Account
This will permanently and indefinitely delete all your user information from our app.
Manage Communication Preferences
Unsubscribe from marketing emails by following the link at the bottom of each message. You may still receive important service or legal updates.
Update Account Info
You can edit your profile and change your password at any time via account settings.
7. Camera and Photo Access
Pivot App may request access to your camera and photo library if you choose to upload an image or photo to share in the Community Area. This access is entirely optional and is only requested if you initiate the upload process.
8. Security Measures
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. While no system can guarantee 100% security, we work hard to ensure your data is stored securely and is only accessible by authorized parties.
9. Policy Changes
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will notify users via email or app notification and update the “Updated” date above. Continued use of the app after the update constitutes agreement with the new terms.

Email Preferences – you have the option to unsubscribe yourself from our mailing list by following the instructions present at the bottom of each email.
However, a service-related email or an update to a policy, such as Privacy Policy, does not offer an unsubscribe option. Account Information Update – you can correct, update, or rectify your email/password or any other personal information in your account settings. You can also cease transactions aggregations from your financial institutions at any time through the individual account settings in the Pivot App.
Object, Restrict, or Withdraw Consent – you have the right to withdraw consent for
processing from any of the described situations above.
